My approach…

I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), a research-based, structured approach proven to help couples strengthen their bond. EFCT focuses on identifying negative cycles that keep you stuck, expressing emotions in new and vulnerable ways, and creating secure patterns of connection.

Through this process, couples can move beyond cycles of disconnection and create new patterns of trust, intimacy, and closeness—laying a stronger foundation for the future.
