My Approach…
I believe in an evidence-based, systems approach to healing. Meaningful change often begins by exploring relational dynamics—how individuals, couples, and families are both shaped by and contribute to the challenges they face. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a structured, attachment-based approach that helps people recognize negative patterns, express emotions more openly, and create new, more secure ways of connecting.
I work with people from diverse backgrounds and identities, offering a supportive, LGBTQ+ affirming environment where all are welcome.

Why is this my passion…
I believe that relationships are the foundation of our well-being. When those connections are strained, every part of life feels the impact. I’m driven by a deep respect for the complexity of human relationships and a commitment to helping individuals and couples move from disconnection to understanding. It’s not just a profession—it’s a calling rooted in empathy and genuine hope for healing.
I grew up in Arizona and spent several years in what I call my “nomadic adventure phase,” traveling the world and learning from new places and people. For the past 20+ years, North Carolina has been home, where I share life with my husband, two daughters, and our spirited yellow lab.
When I’m not working or planning my next adventure, you’ll usually find me with a good cup of coffee, enjoying time in the backyard, or simply being with the people I love.
